Pregnancy in BL

Pregnancy Registry

Given how many people are getting pregnant and whatnot, I want to make sure that we adhere to some guidelines, and make sure things do not get wildly out of control.

Dos
  1. Do ask your character's sexual partner before deciding your character is pregnant
  2. Do be realistic about when your character would find out, how early/late the pregnancy is, how many babies are popping out (see below for more).
  3. Do be cognisant of how many babies should be born in what time period. We are AU but there shouldn't be 20 extra babies in Harry's year
  4. Do check with me before getting pregnant. Some level of sanity needs to be maintained
donts
  1. Don't turn the pregnancy into a soap opera drama-fest
  2. Don't have your character aware of her pregnancy immediately after the fact
  3. Don't use the opportunity as an attention pump, it is annoying
premies
  1. It annoys me intensely when there are more than 2 or 3 babies who are premature, and it annoys me doubly when those babies are more than a few weeks. There have been some exceptions made in game (for multiple births or special situations, that I have approved), but please for the love of God don't use premature birth as the *~kewl~* thing to do.
  2. Premature babies have health problems more frequently the more they are premature. Please keep this in mind
multiple births

We already have two sets of twins (Patils and Burkes), we don't need any more multiple births.

canon vs non-canon

Canonical births don't have to happen, but there shouldn't be a huge flux of non-canon births (aka those in Harry's year at Hogwarts) to make up for the AUness. I'm going to cut off the number of births that happen in England before September 1 if this gets out of hand

i'm pregnant!

Your character should not know she is pregnant until at least 2 weeks (preferably 3 or more weeks) from conception. However, this is only for people who have some reason to be seeing a midwife 2-3 weeks after their conception. For people not trying to get pregnant, your character shouldn't notice until some time after a missed period (assuming they notice that).

registry

I want to know about every planned birth before it happens. Fill this out:

Your character:
Father of the baby:
Date of conception:
Date they found/will find out:
Date of birth:
Gender:
Other (extraneous information):

This isn't to be an evil micro-managing bitch, but to keep order. Comment here (everything is screened) and thank you for your understanding.

Characters: Tabitha Pryce & Aaron Pryce (he is going to use a time turner to travel to the future)
Babies: 5
Birth Date: Next month. There are five of them so they have to come out early
Find Out: 1 week after conception
Genders: 2 Male, 1 Female, 1 Werewolf, 1 Undecided
Health: They are all healthy. They inherit super werewolf powers and can change into wolves at will and silver doesn't even hurt them
